Due to the specific application and requirements from the client, a specialized stainless steel structure was required. Leprino Foods is in the final phases of planning a new $270 million dollar food processing plant. The new Leprino Foods company plant will be located at 1302 North 1st Avenue in Greeley, Colorado.

Civil site work design included the design for the utility (water and sanitary sewer) service, drainage system, water quality devices, parking lot design, and grading design. This project site is located in the Lower Dry Creek Drainage Basin and has a stormwater storage requirement for development.

Design parameters included meeting the City of Fort Collins requirements for accessibility and the client's desire for the finished product to match the look of the existing building.
