You arrive at work, and you are called to administration. You walk in and see your Manager, the Director of Human Resources, and a man you do not recognize, dressed in a black power suit. He invites you to sit down. As you sit, he unlocks a black leather briefcase and pulls out a huge, thick folder of papers. He opens it, and hands you a piece of paper. He states flatly, Nurse, this is a complaint naming you as a co-defendant. You are being sued.
