Sina Care Centers are teaching and healing centers for body, mind, and soul. Our firm is named after the great Persian mystical philosopher Abu Ali Sina, known as Ibn Sina. We make a range of products, classes, seminars, workshops, and treatments available to help each participant to find a place of peace and harmony with themselves and their surroundings. An ancient system of exercises designed to stretch and tone muscles to allow contraction and full extension.
