It is my belief that individuals can and will make the right choice for themselves and their families when given the possibility to constructively focus on their options. My approach as a therapist is to help customers with this focus to increase awareness of these options. It is my belief that individuals affect and are affected by the whole family. For this reason, everyone involved is encouraged to attend therapy sessions. Therapy tends to be short-term (6-18 sessions) solution focused and collaborative.
