SPEDCO is a non-profit certified development firm whose goal is to assist tiny businesses obtain financing for job creation, to fund business expansion and to promote economic development throughout the state of Minnesota and nine counties in western Wisconsin. As a registered agent of the SBA since 1981, SPEDCO is certified to supply consultation and services to banks and their clients. We supply long-term, fixed-rate loans through the SBA 504 Loan program and supply 7(a) loan packaging consulting services to banks and their clients.
