St. Matthias has a strong tradition of stewardship and ministry, assisting both local and far reaching communities. We're dedicated to honoring the traditional Eucharistic service, yet we embrace opportunities to communicate these traditions using contemporary means. read moreAt Saint Matthias we gather to worship God and then go forth into the world to share the good news of God's love for all people wherever we may be. In addition to other ministries in which we are connected, Saint Matthias has a special heart for persons with disabilities. On the first and third Sundays of the month at 4:30 p.m. we offer Rhythms of Grace, an interactive service especially designed for young people with special needs, along with their families and friends. We also provide space Monday through Friday for Shekinah Academy, a wonderful school for students with disabilities., and Shekinah Too, a program for persons with disabilities who have graduated from their secondary programs.
