Steven R. Mackaig and Associates. Was established in 1991 and consists of a tiny core of fire investigators committed to the science of fire investigation. Each investigator brings an extensive background of fire investigation from both the municipal and private sectors. Our staff are all court certified, licensed and bonded. Our investigators regularly attend seminars and training to insure that they remain current in the evolving field of fire origin and cause investigation.
