StormSister Spatique is an adorable beauty shop nestled neatly at the top of the Smith Avenue High Bridge. Situated at 635 South Smith Avenue in St. Paul the Spatique, which is attached to the Capital View Caf, combines luxury spa products in an artsy boutique setting. What started as an online business few years ago, eventually evolved into this kitschy little storefront. The owner, Becky Sturm, is a 21-year resident of the neighborhood and adores the diversity of the eclectic residents and surroundings. Been a hairdresser for more than 23 years.
