Called Super Brothers to replace a failing water heater that someone else had installed. And while I don't often write these reviews, Valentin the installer and all the people in the front office were just amazing. Very competitive pricing, but the courtesy and accommodation by the office, and the thoroughness and professionalism of the installer, stood out even more. Thanks all for making a difficult situation much easier to handle.

Super Brothers installed a heat pump water heater for us. The entire staff was courteous and professional and handled everything from start to finish including the paperwork. Dimitri did an outstanding job with the install and did it alone. Impressive because it was an all day job! What I most appreciated is when I had some trouble getting hot water the next day, they came right out and got everything situated; it was just a setting on the mixing valve, no big deal. He even came back half an hour later to make sure we were still getting hot water. We definitely felt taken care of. Highly recommend!

They replaced my gas water heater with an electric heat pump, including routing electricity to the new pump, and took care of the rebates for me.

We had a great experience from beginning to end for replacing my water heater. Phone rep, Karen, was responsive and clear with the quote and expectations. Their technician, Mike, was professional and very friendly. He even took the time to explain shut off procedures and the new installed components. Price is reasonable and competitive. 100% recommend them for their services.

We started having issues with our AC and Super Brothers came out immediately to check. Unfortunately it was determined that the entire AC unit would have to be replaced. Super Bros. provided several quotes and worked with us to provide an affordable option. They ultimately replaced it quickly and were professional throughout the process.

Super Brothers repiped my whole house. First company to bid. Came in thousands of dollars under the other bids. Started a few days after we signed the contract and completed the whole job, with drywall replacement and texture in eleven days. I could not be more impressed. County Inspector also seemed impressed! Their expertise can only be achieved with years of experience. And their drywall guy ( Thanks Val!) is nothing short of an artist! Thank you Super Brothers!

We've been using Super Brothers for years. In fact, we have one of their old refrigerator magnets from when they were Super Mario Plumbing. We've stuck with them because they've always been honest and reasonably priced. Also, most of the time I call them, they send someone out the same day, even though I don't have an emergency. We will definitely keep using them for our plumbing needs.

Super Brothers responded to my request for a quote very quickly and prices were very reasonable. He texted before he came out and let me know when he was close by. He understood exactly what drain needed to be unclogged and did so in record timing. He did not try to upsell us on replacing pipes as 2 other plumbers suggested. He left the area clear and clean and even gave my husband some tips on areas that could use some preventative care so that leaks wouldn't occur in the future.

I liked that he saw my husband was capable of doing some things on his own and gave us the option to do it ourselves to save us some money. They are a great value and being new to this area, I'm glad that we have a go to plumbing company that we trust. This saves me a lot of headache and time trying to obtain quotes from 5 different companies and having to decide which is better. Super Brothers will always be our first choice from now on!

Super Brothers have come out to help 2x now, and I am thankful for it. The first was for a slow drain in our bathroom, only to find that the piping under the home needed to be replaced as it was rusted and catching everything causing a slow drain, and the second was for our dishwasher that couldn't drain and would flood the countertops and under the sink.

So they came the same day I requested the repair and were able to get things done that same day. Overall, very happy with the service I have received from them and will look to them for future plumbing needs.

They replaced my gas water heater with a heat pump. The price was excellent due to the rebates and it was a quality install. We've been procrastinating about calling to deal with a plumbing issue way too long, we finally call and it was all fixed in one visit a day later. Service was great, the guy was respectful, and he came up with a solution to our plumbing problem that was more elegant then we'll expected.

Complete satisfaction, excellent customer service and professionalism. I put an online inquiry into Home Depot late Sunday, May 26 for plumbing services. On Monday, May 27 (Memorial Day), I received a call early morning from Super Brothers Plumbing (Tony) to explain to him the services I needed. I have two toilets; one in need of repair (leak) and the other that needed to be replaced. Tony had an opening on Tuesday, May 28 that I had to decline so the work I needed to have done was scheduled for Wednesday, May 29.

I want to thank Tony for quickly setting up the appointment; clearly describing the work they would do; and providing me the cost. On Wednesday, May 28 Ray from Super Brothers showed up on time to repair one of the toilets and replace the other. I was very impressed by Ray. He was professional, worked hard, polite, and did everything that I needed to have done. He has an excellent work ethic and I appreciated all he did today, including cleanup. Thank you, John

They were fast, responsive, and professional and provided excellent service and quality at half (!) the cost quoted by another plumbing company. Super Mario Plumbing has exceeded all my expectations and more with there service. My water heater needed to be replaced and I contacted three different companies for quotes. Super Mario was very competitive and helpful and I'm extremely satisfied with the installation. We had a very bad situation going on under our house at a very hard time for our family, but Super Mario Plumbing helped us through it! They referred us to a great company to get the water out from under our house, were patient with us while we got updates on when they could be here, and after all of that they fixed our broken pipe in a few hours. I couldn't be happier with the response we received and the work performed by Super Mario Plumbing. We called late Friday afternoon with a plumbing emergency, and they were at our home within the hour. They worked well into the evening and came back the next day to complete the work. They were extremely courteous, respectful, and professional. We are most grateful.

I was having difficulty finding a reasonably priced plumber that had the expertise to install my new water heater which was larger and had to be integrated into my solar water heating system. Once the guys at Super Mario Plumbing came over to give me a bid, I knew they were the ones to do the job; they knew the county code requirements, understood how the numerous solar components worked and had a good price.

And I was very happy with the outcome; they upgraded some of my solar components, bought a pan for the water heater to sit in (to catch any leaking water), took away all of the extraneous pipes and garbage and ensured it easily passed the code inspection. And on top of that, they were really nice guys.

They responded quickly to my plumbing problem - my Rheem gas water heater quit working. The dispatcher who answered the phone (I didn't have to leave a message!) asked me to take a couple of pictures and send them to him. As soon as he received the photos he called me back with a quote. They had the replacement parts on hand, and the plumber who did the work (Ben) was quick, professional and accurate. He even spent time showing me how to relight the pilot if it should go out again. All for a fair price. Completely dependable -- I'm a happy customer!

I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. My hot water heater was almost 20 years old so I decided to replace it with a heat pump water heater. Super Mario was nice and responsive from my first call to them. They did a bang-up job on install and even the city inspector commented that from what he sees, they always do good work. If I need any plumbing in the future, I will certainly recommend this company.

My house is 30 years old. It looks like it's time to replace everything. The problem with the home's original kitchen sink is that it's made with enamel coating, and is totally rusted. I consulted two so-called plumbers, they said they couldn't fix it. Last Thursday, the garbage disposal unit broke. I went to Home Depot the next morning. I met their plumbing specialist, David Duncan, who referred me to Super Mario Plumbing.

Within a minute, Super Mario called me, and then I sent the first picture to him. He gave me a reasonable labor price. Now I have a new stainless steel kitchen sink, much larger than the old one. I highly recommend Super Mario Plumbing!

These guys are the only folks I will use for my plumbing needs. They have done two jobs for me: They installed an upstairs tank water heater in my rental and a tankless water heater in my home. I don't think anyone beats Super Mario's prices or professionalism. Everyone on their staff goes out of their way to be courteous and to keep you informed.

They are fast and work hard. Installing my tankless water heater involved drilling through a 18-inch brick wall in my garage, and halfway into the job, they decided drywall work would be involved. None of this extra work affected my original estimate. Awesome. I will use them again!

We have a sewer leak under the kitchen and I contacted several contractors for estimate of repair. Super Mario Plumbing turns out to be the best. They explained how they work, $99 for the inspection, which will apply to the repair. Their guy took the picture and explain the problem and what repair needed. Their charge of the repair was most reasonable so we hire them to fix it. The workers were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
