Tai Chi Dallas, a part of Wujido Martial Arts, provides a complete study of Tai Chi Chuan as a martial art. Our program includes the study of three Tai Chi routines from the 1st easy to learn 24-movement form, to the original Yang Tai Chi Long Boxing Set of 108 movements. Incuded are internal exercises such as Meditation, Chi Gong, Daoyin Yoga, beginning to advanced application, Tui Shou and personal instruction. There is no belt ranking system for Tai Chi, so student seniority depends only on the number of training hours.
