Testimonials
read moreTawny has been taking care of our (now five) cats during our absences for about six years. We're comfortable leaving because of her good judgment and outstanding care. Besides taking care of the cats, she monitored various issues with the house, including air conditioning oddities and a window problem. We feel fortunate to have Tawny's help. I was happy and very impressed when we first met to get acquainted and discuss all the details. I left with an easy heart and found two unstressed and relaxed cats upon my return.
FAQs
read moreYour pets stay at home where they are most comfortable. Eating their own food from their own dishes, sleeping in their own beds, following their own routines. No stress of traveling to a strange place, with strange "neighbors", odd routines, different food, funny smells. No stress for you of getting your pets to the facility and picking them up after you return from your trip. No worrying if you remembered to close the garage door, turn off the coffee pot or blow out the candles. When you use a professional pet sitter you are hiring a responsible insured company whose business is to care you're your pets and home.
Tattoo Your Pet
read moreTattoos have been around for a long time, and prior to the 1980s was the preferred way to permanently identify your pets. Many kennels clubs like the Canadian Kennel Club, American Kennel Club, Schutzhund Club, racing dogs and all service dogs (guide dogs, military and police dogs) were required to be tattooed. This insured that each animal had a visible and permanent mark to legally and unmistakably identify each animal. Veterinarians and breeders typically tattooed pets for the owners. With the invention of the microchip and scanners in the late 1970s zoos and field biologists began using microchips to identify exotic animals and soon the microchip companies opened up a whole new and lucrative market to the pet owner.
