Sunshine works with start-ups frequently and one of the questions that comes up quite often during our consultations is Do we need a business plan? My answer is always yes you do. I usually ask to see it because a nice business plan will give me a very clear picture of that firm's vision. It does not have to be overly complicated, my 1st business plan was very basic but it served a very important purpose. Many people make the mistake of thinking that they don't need a business plan unless they are seeking funding for their business.
