Unitarian Church In Eugene

Churches in Eugene, OR
Churches in Eugene, OR Rev. Stephen Ames will provide thanks and nice wishes to the congregation on his last Sunday with us. We'll thank our Religious Education teachers for their guidance of our kids and youth. Candee Cole took a five-month sabbatical from January-May of this year. Her list of sabbatical goals included Graduate school, storytelling workshops, and retreats that would refresh her spirit. While much of this was accomplished, her actual experience brought her to a deeper understanding of what service to others entails.

About Us
read moreThat we are a community freely bound to one another by principles that honor the inherent worth and dignity of persons; the responsible search for truth and meaning; a commitment to living out our faith in the service of compassion and justice; and an understanding that we are intricately connected with the web of all life. Creative, meaningful, diverse worship; opportunities to deepen one's spiritual and religious life through small group and class offerings; activities that allow you to connect to your most authentic self and to others.

Our services are looped for the hearing impaired. Feel free to sit, stand, or move around during worship. When you arrive, find your way to the Welcome table to get a nametag and an order of service. Worship services have an arc: we gather, we call one another into community, we sing, we find a way into silence, we listen to stories, we are challenged, inspired, and nurtured through music and words, we are sent forth reminded of who we are.
