United Methodist Fresno District

The Fresno District is comprised of 56 churches, primarily in California's big Central Valley- from Livingston UMC in the N, to the four churches in Bakersfield in the S. The District churches vary in size from 20 members in New Cuyama to 963 in Visalia. We're blessed by our churches' diversity as seen in the Japanese American congregation at Clovis UJCC, the largely Hispanic congregations of Selma, Bakersfield, Visalia, Lindsay and Porterville UMC, the Hmong worship services at Merced and Clovis Memorial.
