Even though the snow still lingers around, especially where its been piled high, our thoughts begin to turn to spring at this time of year. We look ahead to getting outside and exercising or working within the yard and garden. Stretching your muscles before you begin to work or exercise is the key to preventing injuries. Just simply stretch your back and arms in all of the directions that they will move as far as you can before you begin. After you've worked those muscles do that again.
