Waukegan Baptist Bible Church

Our ministry began in 1987 as a result of one family's relocation from Decatur, Illinois, to Waukegan, Illinois. After relocating, this family was unable to find a church that met their spiritual requirements or had the type of fellowship they were accustomed to. They were challenged by their former pastor to begin a Bible Study Fellowship. In October of 1987, this fellowship started which led to the beginning of WBBC. The ministry began in one of the member's garage. Thanks to the generous offer of Kevin Krass, WBBC later moved its services to the Christian Education building of Bonnie Brook Baptist Church.
