Aging of the face is a multifactorial event. There is surface ageing, manifested in complexion changes, fine lines, overall loss of elasticity and dryness. Then there is ageing mediated by loss and redistribution of volume and structure, presenting itself in deep naso labial folds and sunken eyes. Furthermore the weakening of muscle tone results in jowls and a sagging neck. Our approach to facial rejuvenation is thus multifaceted and guided by our credo of less is more.
