Wheatland Baptist Church
Churches in Fort Worth, TX
Wheatland Baptist Church was set up on July 6, 1958, to serve a largely ranching community. Through the generous giving of many members, land was donated and a building erected. Throughout the church's history, the metropolitan area of Fort Worth has grown closer and closer. Today, the church ministers in a community that largely works, studies and shops elsewhere. Our location, in the corner of Parker County and near the corners of three other counties: Tarrant, Hood and Johnson, makes us especially conscious of people who might live in a corner and are overlooked by society at huge.
