Women's Workout & Fitness Center

Women's Workout and Fitness Center was established in Norfolk, Va. In 1989 when owner Faye Waters realized a need for women to have their own space to workout in a relaxed environment and enjoy regular exercise. Since then, we currently have served 100's of women in the Hampton Roads area as a complete-service fitness center including group and aqua aerobics classes, child care center, pool, sauna and the latest in state-of-the-art weight training.
