We just added a new dish to our Morsi Section (Bites for the Table) It is a collection fo roasted diavolicchio peppers in olive oil, garlic & lemon. The diavolicchio is a long curly and spicy pepper orignating in Basilicata in southern Italy. Here we roast them 1st then when ordered we sautee them with olive oil originated in Baslicata as well, toasted garlic, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and sea salt. This spicy and delicious. I had it with a glass of falanghina a white wine that resembles sauvignon blanc from the neighboring region of Campania.
