Why couldn't I get connected yesterday morning? On Thursday, 9/11/08, at approximately 5 AM jellico.com, S data line went down. Basically our data line is our connection to the Internet. We turned in a trouble ticket and by noon it was fixed. We had assumed all morning that this was an isolated problem
