Tim and Linda Toler were both born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. Tim has taught band in both in high school and junior high as well as private lessons for three decades. He attended college in Monroe, LA at Northeast Louisiana State College, now known as University of Louisiana-Monroe, having received
