Created in 1984 by musicians Jane Hawkins and Anna Ludwig Wilson working with poet and arts administrator Margaret DeMott, the ensemble's name comes from Stephane Mallarm, the nineteenth-century French poet and philosopher who believed that true art is created through a unity of music, dance, literature

They consist of two powerful lead vocalists, JOHNNY WHITE and SHIRL, and three songbird BACKGROUND SINGERS. The combination of their singing ability and HIGH ENERGY CHOREOGRAPHY, will make you, the spectator, a part of their show. This group is without a doubt ONE OF THE BEST SHOW AND DANCE BANDS in
