In March of 2003, Dr. Wendy Foster established Runyon Optometry in Wichita, Kansas. She has been committed to delivering quality optometric care to Wichita and surrounding areas ever since. Doctor Foster started a career as an optician in the greater Kansas City area immediately following her graduation

Dr. Bumgardner is a native of Iola, KS. He attended grades K-12 and graduated in 1962. After attending college in Kansas he attended the University of Hou-ston College of Optometry in Houston, TX. He graduated in 1969. He has conti-nuously been in private practice in Wichita, Kansas since that time.
