Take the Madison Ave. Exit, proceed up Madison Ave to Lark St. Turn Right onto Lark, then Right onto Hamilton. ZuZu's is on the left, about 1/2 a block before you run into the Empire State Plaza. On evenings and weekends, you can use the parking lot across the street and there is often street parking.
