Drug Education & Compliance Systems, a.k.a. DECS was established in 1998 in Traverse City, Michigan. That same year, DECS relocated to the metro-Detroit area. From our corporate headquarters in Dearborn, we now coordinate and administer work-related drug & alcohol testing programs for employers in Aviation, Trucking, Student Transportation, and Great Lakes Shipping. In addition, we supply drug test collection services for the personal. Our procedures meet and exceed those required of employers adjusted by the U. S. Department of Transportation.
