Nancy has been an active part of the fitness community for over 23 years. Nancy's experience with mental imagery in athletics began when she was on the swim staff in high school. Nancy says, I remember visualizing my races from the beginning to finish, stroke by stroke, and on the days I could clearly see in my mind a ideal race, I had a ideal race in reality. It was from then on out she realized the strength of the mind to make things happen. As a teenager, Nancy became an aerobics instructor and individual trainer for a major fitness chain now known as Bally's.
