As an experienced individual trainer, I believe that no matter what your physical condition is now, it can be improved, meaning looking and feeling better, handling stress more easily and having more energy. After a successful career in finance, I went a different route. What I do now sustains me in a far better way. It's seeing people raise their self-expectations and aims, getting healthier. Sports have always been an integral part of my life, for the social aspect and as a release of stress in a fast-paced career requiring much travel, too little rest.
