Your Spiritual Home in Overland Park
Founded in 2003 by Dr. Ernest B. Lightsey, Word Of Faith Fellowship Chr has established itself as a Bible-based spiritual community in Overland Park, Kansas. Our ministry focuses on teaching the unaltered Word of God while providing practical applications for daily living through weekly worship services, educational programs, and community outreach initiatives. With over 35 years of combined pastoral experience, Dr. Lightsey and Pastor Joanie Lightsey lead a dedicated team that has launched multiple ministries including the WOFFC Lightsey School of Leadership and Faith Cares outreach foundation. We emphasize personal salvation through Jesus Christ, divine healing, and the importance of water baptism while maintaining a strong commitment to community service through initiatives like the Caring Within Food Pantry. Our church serves as both a spiritual sanctuary and educational center, offering Sunday School programs, women's ministries, and leadership development training that has graduated over 13 leaders since 2018.
