read moreI offer clients the convenience of two session lengths: 60 minutes and 90 minutes of therapeutic Reflexology. Since this is your first visit, I want you to feel completely comfortable with the entire process at A Quiet Sole Reflexology as this is a labor of love to me to help you. I prefer that you do not feel rushed or hurried along since we are working as co-partners for the betterment of your health and well being! I also offer blood pressure screening before and after all sessions. Please understand these are only examples and approximations of times for your initial consultation: a 60 minute initial consultation could last for 90-120 minutes and a 90 minute initial consultation could last for a120-150 minutes.

read moreThis will help me understand your current and past health, which is important in determining what type of treatment might be appropriate and which methods of reflexology may be required for your individual needs. For more detailed information regarding your Initial consultation please click on the Services tab. You will be invited to the treatment room where you will remove only your footwear (shoes and socks). A relaxing foot bath is offered for all initial client sessions. For all sessions I will prepare your feet with antibacterial gel and/or an alcohol wipe prior to beginning reflexology treatments on any area including feet, hands, ears and face.
