Aristide Camburako (Ari) is a Certified Executive Chef with a long and illustrious career as a restaurateur in Kansas City. He has owned & operated restaurants in the Kansas City area for the past 30 years including Ari's Off Broadway, the Kemper Arena Restaurant & Lounge, the Cock n Bull, and Ari's Pumpernicks. He was born in France of Greek parents and came to this country to share his heritage. With over fifty years of knowledge in the food and beverage industry, Aristide will satisfy client appetites with exquisite Greek dishes that are derived from generations of Family Recipes.
