This certification enables us to supply professional design and construction services, as a One Stop Resource responsible for all of the project's needs. Often the services of architecture and contracting that are needed for a building project are spread around to multiple companies licensed in only a single trade. In this instance, it's difficult for a separate architect and separate general contractor to monitor and integrate at will, the design, engineering and construction planning under one roof. As a result, the project's budget, schedule and quality needs could be compromised even before the construction has begun.

Barry started out as a young carpenter with his bags on, constructing homes and light commercial projects of all sizes, as well as participation with the many other Trades needed to complete a building.
Habitat For Humanity
read moreOn this Saturday, we volunteered in the construction project of multi-family dwelling units. The future Homeowners themselves were also present and working alongside of us. It was a very hot summer day, on a site with several buildings ready for the next process of construction to commence. The project was at the stage in need of drywall to be hung, screwed and nailed. Tools were provided to us, along with Habitat personnel there for organizational purposes. These types of projects need to conform to the same codes as other similar buildings and are constructed to meet structural, energy, inspection requirements and other standards, before approval for occupancy.
