Whereas most design-build companies are run by contractors, Marmol Radziner is unique in that we're architects 1st. We've become contractors in order to build our projects with the same rigor with which they were designed. As one entity both imagining and executing, we bring a complete spectrum of design and construction experience to all of our projects. This holistic approach supplies us with greater aesthetic as well as financial control. Set up in Los Angeles by Leo Marmol and Ron Radziner in 1989, we currently have expanded to provide a array of design services including landscape design, interior design, furniture, and prefabricated housing. Our team includes general contractors, cabinet makers, metal fabricators, and site supervisors, many of them are architects.
