Dr. Stanton has been practicing Orthopedics since 1982. He received his MD degree from Baylor College of Medicine and is Board Certified in Orthopedics. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Stanton performed his internship at St. Paul Hospital in Dallas, Texas and his Residency program in Orthopedics at Brooke Army Medical Center. Dr. Stanton's professional societies include the Southern Orthopedic Association and Southern Medical Association, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Insurance at the Bone and Joint
read moreAll self-pay patients will be required to pay a $75.00 fee for the first office visit. Any other charges incurred over and above that amount for that date of service and beyond, will be set up on a payment arrangement system. If you have an insurance that has a deductible requirement, you will need to pay this amount prior to any surgery. This amount is due to us at least (3) three days before the procedure. If we do not receive payment prior to surgery, it will be cancelled with the option to reschedule.

read moreIf you are unsure on whether you should come to our office for your appointment, give us a call and we can determine for you what is necessary and needed. For patients who come to our office, please do NOT bring any non-essential visitors with you. We are only allowing one person (patient) per exam room. All patients must wear a maks. Upon arrival, your temperature will be taken and if NO fever, you will be given a questionnaire to complete. You will then be directed to check in with our front desk, who could assign you to a specific waiting area.

read moreYou must arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment. Please call if you are unable to make your scheduled time. The no-show fee is $25.00. If you are charged a no-show fee, you will be required to pay this before you are seen for another appointment. Depending on your situation, you may need to see a chiropractor, a neurosurgeon or a pain specialist. Dr. Richard Berkman is a neurosurgeon based out of Nashville that comes to our office every Wednesday. His office number is 615-986-1256.
