I currently hold 3 black belt certifications and I have established my own martial arts system in addition to being a individual trainer. I have learned, through my own experience as a martial artist and fitness instructor, that all the elements of fitness (strength, flexibility, balance, core stabilization, cardiovascular endurance) are equally important for health and athletic performance.
