Core Wisdom is capable to accept most Auto and Workman's Compensation Insurance. All pricing listed here on Core Wisdoms' site reflect a discount for payment at time of service. Pilates classes at Core Wisdom are limited to 3 students. Integrity and detail cannot be sacrificed.

The majority of our clients begin their journey with us in back pain, post surgery or recovering from an injury. While others want to excel at their sport or just get back into shape. Through Pilates, we teach proper mechanics of movement, which follows the 6 principals of Pilates (Control, Concentration, Centering, Breath, Fluidity and Precision).

You will gain a deep understanding of your body, fundamental and efficient movement and the tools to maintain your progress. Our classes are kept small so that integrity and detail are not lost. Mat classes are limited to 6 students. While equipment classes are limited to 4-5 students. Since our classes are small you will get individualized attention and support for your needs during every class you take.
