Liz Kelley began dancing at the age of 3 in Kansas City, and went on to dance with Gene Kelly in Hollywood. At the age of 7, her professional career started. Before she was 17, she had worked with Ethel Merman, Carol Channing, Dom DeLouise, John Davidson, Charlton Heston, and Arthur Godfrey. The youngest member of the Corps De Ballet at Starlight Theatre, she received a scholarship to the Harkness Ballet Company in New York City. Liz devoted herself to ballet, jazz, and modern dance with Harding Dorn and Tatiana Dokoudovska at U. M. K. C. And studied tap with Jimmy Defore.
