Empire Software is the corporate name for my one-man consulting operation. My name is Mike Regan, and i have been in the software industry since 1982. I've spent most of my career in Software Development and Engineering IT positions, as an personal contributor, as a director, and as an independent consultant. I have done quite a bit of UNIX and Windows Sys Admin through the years, as part of my role in defining, creating, and supporting software development environments.

I started performing CM tasks in 1985, when I worked at ComputerVision. I wrote wrappers around SCCS and performed Release Engineering functions for the CV-Unix operating system - an OEM version of SunOS 2.0 (yes, we're going back a bit here!).
