Churches in Midland, TX
Churches in Midland, TX Midland, Texas, was organized over 115 years ago. Through the years, we currently have grown into the biggest single Christian congregation in the Permian Basin; during the typical week, over 3, 000 Midlanders and guests will worship, study and fellowship at our major campus or as a part of our outreach ministries. Thousands more throughout the region will tune in to our weekly television broadcasts. Of course, larger isn't necessarily better.even in Texas! However, in our case, we trust that our size is a definite benefit.

About Us
read moreWe, the members of the Church, affirm the Holy Bible as the inspired word of God and the basis for our beliefs. We voluntarily band ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ each personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind. The ordinances of the Church are believer's baptism and the Lord's Supper. The Holy Bible was written by men divinely inspired and is the record of God's revelation of Himself to man. It is a perfect treasure of divine instruction.
Missions
read moreOur mission efforts locally, regionally, nationally and globally are sustained by faithful giving allows our church to support mission efforts both at home and abroad: church plants, FBC & other missionaries, ministries and Gospel organizations. The great commission is our mandate to take the Good News of Jesus Christ to our Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the ends of the earth. For those who have never been a part of a mission trip, it can all seem overwhelming: the expense, travel, what to expect, do you have what it takes, and more.
