Greenlake Martial Arts has been teaching Tsun Jo Wing Chun? Kung Fu since 1980. Our direct, effective approach to martial arts is tailored to give students practical skills they can apply in real life, not just in the classroom. In addition to a functional self defense system, the instructors at Greenlake Martial Arts feel cardiovascular health should be a priority in anyone's workout. Before training on specific technique, each class includes warm up exercises to stretch and strengthen the body. Then comes Rounds Training - a fast paced, anaerobic/aerobic workout using a range of punching and kicking bags.

The Greenlake Martial Arts School is not particularly large or fancy, but it has some of the best equipment and methods for martial arts training that can be found anywhere in the world. In 2010, Head Instructor Matt Soule took over the Greenlake Martial Arts School upholding the legacy and excellent reputation Sijo Beall created over the previous 3 decades.
