Home Health Integrated Service

As a home health care firm, Home Health Integrated Services caring team assists our patients and their family to function as independently as possible while enjoying the comfort of being around their family and within the setting of their own home. Home health care is considered Skilled Care which is offered by a Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Vocational Nurse under a doctor's order. It could include the services of a Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Medical Social Worker.
