Marshall's Bar B Q - Catering Office

In 1962, thanks to Charles Marshall, Texas Bar-B-Q was about to make history in the Dallas area. Charles opened his 1st location in downtown Dallas, which started his mark on the restaurant industry. He and his wife, Delores, had their hands full with a booming business. People were lining the Dallas area restaurant to taste his mouth watering brisket and homemade sides. He used only the highest of ingredients and his attention to details still anchors his restaurants today.
