Lori grew up on Long Island and attended Oneonta State College in upstate New York. There, she received her BS in Nutrition/Dietetics. After graduating from Oneonta, she attended Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she received her MS in Nutrition Issues and Food Policy. She then went to Tulane University in New Orleans and completed her internship to become a Registered Dietitian. Lori became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness based out of Miami, Florida.
