Pamela Grubb has been a student of yoga since 1975. She is a certified and registered 500 hour master yoga instructor through the Himalayan Institute and Yoga Alliance. Specializing in working with health related issues of the body and mind. Pamela integrates a number of traditional yoga styles along with theraputic solutions for health into classes that are known for their relaxed style without sacrificing authentic practice. Pamela assists her students to release into relaxation by building a strong foundation emphasizing correct breathing and alignment in yoga poses.
