Our vision is to be a multi-ethnic, multisite, missional church that has an expression of the Gospel that would reach every person in Hampton Roads.

We believe the songs we sing shape us, as well as inspire us, so our music is eclectic in style, Trinitarian in theology, and prophetic in its delivery. As a multi-ethnic body of believers, we strive to have our music and song reflect the diverse beauty of the church. Each campus has a thriving worship team that is comprised of skilled singers and musicians with hearts surrendered to God and a passion to lead His people into an encounter with His presence.

read moreWe believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who, by His incarnation and virgin birth, took upon Himself the form of man and became the God-Man. In the one person of Christ there are two natures, human and divine, each in its completeness and integrity. They are distinguishable but indivisible, so that He is fully man and fully God. He lived a sinless life and became the only sacrifice for the sins of the world. We believe that the terms of salvation are repentance toward God for sin and a personal, heartfelt faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, resulting in regeneration.

It is their belief that Jesus' desire is for His Church on earth to consist of people from every nation, tribe, and tongue living in unity. New Life Church would be a people willing to learn from others whose lives are dissimilar to their own as we all live to glorify God.

We believe that Scripture is the written revelation of who God is, who we are, the measuring stick for living in every age, an the final authority in every person's life. We believe it's inspired in its nature, infallible in its content, and sufficient in its power to change our life. Scripture gives us an incredible promise that God Himself would be found in the middle of the worship of His people.
