We are committed in the absolute authority of the Holy Scriptures. We believe the original manuscripts were given by inspiration of God and were without error. We believe the God who gave His word to man has taken upon Himself the responsibility for its preservation (Psalms 12:6-7) We believe inspiration without preservation would be meaningless and to have a preservation of the scriptures without them still being inspired of God, to be meaningless. We therefore believe the incorruptible, inspired, preserved word of God, which cannot pass away, is available to the English speaking world in the Authorized (King James) Version.

We are focused on pleasing the Lord Jesus Christ through the preaching of his Word, the King James Bible. We desire to grow both physically and spiritually, and we are very excited about what the Lord is doing here! About Us
read morePublic ministry, prayer meetings, and other functions of a Bible-believing church are held throughout the week. The facilities of Bible Believers Baptist Church are the property of its members but must be used under the direction of responsible leaders. We are happy to allow members in good standing to use the building for celebrations, weddings, dinners, etc., provided everyone in the church is invited. For example, a child's birthday party where a dozen of our youth were welcomed but another dozen were not is not a permitted use.

read moreWe believe in taking the Gospel to those who won't otherwise hear it, as it is taught in the bible. Each Friday evening during moderate weather months we preach and distribute Gospel Tracts at the Virginia Beach Ocean Front where thousands of people are. We are Blessed in that we still have the freedom to do this and people are able to receive the Gospel of Christ. Throughout the year, especially during the winter Holiday season, there are parades in our area that draw thousands of people to one place.
