Paragon Heating and Home Comfort Solutions lives up to the meaning of its name-Paragon- a model of excellence!
This is the second home they have serviced for me and I know I can rely on them and trust their advice.
Recently, the old furnace in this home gave out and Scott was here within a couple of hours after my call to help me. He loaned me two heaters to keep me comfortable until he installed the new furnace a few days later.
Scott and his wife, Gina, (the owners) are helpful, friendly and professional whenever I need them. Last summer, Scott replaced my old air conditioner when it gave out and also installed a tankless water heater to replace the old water heater. I knew when I moved here the equipment was old and when the time came to have new, I knew Paragon would be the place I called. They are the Best!
Years ago I signed up for their yearly equipment check and Gina always calls to make the appointment. I don't even have to remember to call!

EXCELLENT service with Paragon and Scott Brennan!
I came home from work in the afternoon to find our water heater was leaking across the garage floor. I panicked a little when I started calling plumbers: one was closed for the day (it was only 4:30pm) and never called me back, one quoted a bloated price to come out the next day to take care of everything including a permit and inspection after the job was done.
Then I was reminded that Paragon, who we've had service our furnace & A/C before, also services water heaters. We called Jeana at Paragon and she scheduled Scott to come out the next day to take care of us. It all worked out so well...Scott was right on time, assessed everything and got right to work. He was honest in informing us that a permit and inspection was not required at all for this job...which saved us even more money!
In less than 3 hours, Scott had replaced our old unit, cleaned up the area where it had been leaking, assessed any damage (thankfully there wasn't any), and supported the new unit with new brackets so we are up to earthquake code. When I saw how everything looked after the work was done, I was impressed that it was all clean and tidy and in great working order!
We couldn't be happier with Paragon, Scott and Jeana! They were so accommodating, efficient, honest, and friendly. Job well done! I highly recommend them!
