With the success of the original Roseville restaurant, the staff has expanded with its 2nd El Segundo restaurant location. At the middle of all great food is fresh, local, peak of the season ingredients. Paul Martin's goals and to take diners back to the farm with meat raised in a humane and wholesome way, locally sourced organic produce, the finest of both wild and farmed fish.
