Quarles Frederick N

Dr. Quarles is a native of Detroit where he attended public school. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a B. S. Degree in Zoology. After receiving his M. D degree from Howard University College of Medicine, he went on to complete his dermatology residency at Howard University Hospital. Dr. Quarles has been privately practicing Dermatology in the Hampton Roads area for over twenty years. Not only is Dr. Quarles board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
