Bring your family and friends members to join us for a night of Kaerobox. We open our doors to everyone for a free night of Kaerobox. This is a perfect opportunity for everyone to come out and visit the class and participate in this dynamic aerobic kickboxing class. You're gonna love it! This seminar will give participants the possibility to train in various work shops. These kinds of seminars have been very successful for me in the past and have featured several of the Midwest's finest trainers. The classes are open to the public and require no martial arts background.
